People who cannot vote

You will not be allowed to register and vote if you are:

• Not 18 or over by 27 July 2007
• Not a citizen of Sierra Leone
• Not registered in the right place
• Classified by the law as a lunatic
• A prisoner
• Someone who has been convicted of an electoral offence in the last 5 years
